- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel reservation software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Note: Night audit experience is a plus but not required.
